A great number of researchers in career choice have, in my view without debate, stated that once talent is not discovered and harnessed, failure is inevitable. Adults and children who are still swimming in the ocean of misplaced destiny can unfailingly discover their life’s true identity through different teachings in this book, Strategies for Talent Discovery. In the 1980s, I had an encounter with Evangelist Ignatius Nnaemeka Onuorah; I did not conceal my perception of great talents in him and I advised that he presses harder to harness them, which some of the talents perceived have metamorphosed into evangelical services, creative music singing and book writing; discerning of talents, film editing, counselling and life-coaching services. Today, the book in your hand is his wonderful effort, which shows that the vision given was received, the concept alive, the effort still goes on and the dream was not allowed to die. I, therefore, recommend that all and sundry, who dream of success in life, should read this book extensively, bit by bit, in order to access the secrets of success that right career choice offers. Parents will enjoy reading this book to their children and continuously basking in the euphoria of a reflective positive career choice.
